Legend of Mir 3 Dark Side Server

As we know leveling for tao comes quite hard, they always have their special pets
every some levels, but never really level as fast as Wiz or Warrior.

BoomBox is a tao pet for level 78+, and tao need at least 9 rebirths to start the quest,
it's easy to make as it's more as a reward for getting that high with taoist.

Let me know what you guys think about the pet.
It has been tested for 2 weeks by 3 taoists, so shouldn't be over done!

As there been some complains about teleport rings even more recently.

Sej idea:
In my opinion, could leave some static coords, and some that have
KRs to walk into, so tele ring is still worth making, but bring many back to random, to support FP hunts, and give people more chance to get a boss, avoid possible over abuse.
(Wg. mnie mozna zostawic troche + te co sa w KR I tele dziala do ostatniego F, a inne
powinny wrocic na random, ale troche wiecej ich w respie, aby warto bylo isc
szukac je w GRP, aka FP hunty).

It came to my attention that recently emergency teleports have been abused, I will let you guys decide about their future.

Yesterday at night somebody started to access random accounts,
his IP: 88.0.58.249(Spanish).

I think he probably was or is a GM on another server, and is using their
database of ids/passwords to try to steal some from accounts here.

Always remember to use different password on every server
you play, there will always be some noobs like Merklan trying
to steal your hard work!!

If you ever played on other server and used same id/pass,
please change your password to avoid such situations in future!!

I am planning to make some changes to tree, just something to refresh the game a little bit.

ps. Deleting trees and increasing spawn in Woomyon can have a VERY bad outcome,
eg. high level Wizards clearing the map and noobs will have NOTHING.
Trees were always better for NOOBs! aka nobody could steal their prize!

Np. Wizy z wysokimi level moga oczyszczac mape i wszystko zbierac, a noobki nic nie dostana.
Drzewka zawsze glownie byly dla noobkow, aby nikt im nie mogl ukrasc nagrod!

Refunds policy on the mir 3 Dark Side is as follows:

1. In case of server problems / eg. mass dc / server going off and items being lost. - you can ask for a refund.
a) for the refund to be valid you need to pm gm Sejanus on forum or our facebook page, with the date&time of the problem + explain the situation and give the names of lost items.
2. Special gems like immortality, eternal stones purchased via special offers, or by integral system have refund policy in case of pot bug, disconnection, or server caused problem. Gems lost by players fault eg. going to map he cannot handle, packed KR, or into the big lure are not refundable.
a) infinity stones up to 6 weeks for pot/dc, immortalilty/eternal up to 4 weeks.
b) for the refund to be valid you need to pm gm Sejanus on forum or our facebook page, with the date&time when the stone was purchased, and date&time of the problem + explain the situation and give the name of gem + screen showing gem disapearing.
c) in case of pot bug or disconnection this has to be proven by the user. (eg. screenshot of bugged pot blocking keyboard after death).
d) there are no server logs showing disapearing stones, so you need to make a screenie with chat log proving that the stone has been lost.
e) once the policy expires there are no refunds of gems in case of players dc, in special circumstances or big problems with internet you are allowed to ask one more time outside the time of the policy, (only once).
f) Immortality, Eternal, Temerity & Infinity stones have one extra life up to 2 months(meaning you can ask one refund extra no matter the circumstances)
- If somebody kills you, and you drop a stone, and you still have the one extra life - you will get it refunded(new stone). (the stone that was stolen will stay in the hands of the thief, but it will be worth nothing, and cannot be ever refunded even if you lose it in the event!)
g) Loyalty Gems are not refundable as they are a free bonus on top of donations etc.
(in their case only moment when refund can be given is if the loss happens by server fault, or if gem vanished in special circumstances, eg. PK on event etc.).
h) Gems from quests like Vermillion, have only one week protection for pot bugs / dc, however it has to be reported properly by the rules here, and proven with screenshow.
3. Other items & gems found in the game and lost by players have no refunds policy*, so be careful about them and always try to get back to recover them.
*User can ask once every 6 months for an item refund(eg. high level weapon, ring etc., epic lotalty stone). I understand sometimes something crazy can happen, but use this rule only in EXTREME circumstance. (NOT EVENT ITEMS)
4. Revival/Resurrection rings, are easy to break. If you break them in lag/dc or weird circumstance you can ask for partial quest refund eg. 3/6 quest items.
5. Sometimes when you reset a weapon it will vanish, its normal, and not refundable.
a) If you had green light via NPC and it said you refine will succeed, and you failed, only then if you give proof of such, GM might consider a refund. ("might consider").
6. Refund of +10 refines on items is possible, however to get the refund you need to show me:
a) Proof that you had+10 on that item before another level of the quest upgrade was added.
b) Proof that you used that +10 item for the upgrade (not other+0 replacement), or let me do the upgrade myself for u, and then instant refund the +10.
7. Refund of +30 refine on primal is possible, however to get the refund you need to show me:
a) Proof that you had+30 on that primal before another level of the quest upgrade was added.
b) Proof that you used that +30 primal for the upgrade (not other+0 replacement), or let me do the upgrade myself for u, and then instant refund the +30.

Recently it has came to my attention that Wizards, are abusing the teleport skill and instead of using it as a help, they use it to overtake other groups on way to boss:) and pretending to be first in KR later.

Because of that, there will need to be a change either in rules or on in map settings, please vote!

Ostatnio dowiedzialem ze jest problem ze skillem teleport Wizarda na ostatnich floorach w drodze do KR. Wizardy uzywaja go, aby wyprzedzac inne GRP w drodze do KR i zajmowac bossy.

Tym samym musi nastapic zmiana, albo zakaz wyprzedania GRP przez wiza w regulaminie, albo wylaczenie teleportu na ostatnich F jak to kiedys bylo(niestety wylaczenie teleportu wylancza takze geo!) Prosze glosowac!
