1. Client already started error.
This error happens on some version on windows, game won't run if u try to run exe with open folder with game files.
To fix it you need to make a shortcut to darkside on desktop and run the game from shortcut (with main folder closed)
2. "Server Closed" after running the launcher.
In most cases it happens when windows block the game from connecting to our server, to fix the issue,
you need to run the game as "admin". You can do this by right click on darkside.exe shortcut and picking "run as admin option"
can also set it properties > compatibility settings to be set this way permanently.
If this doesn't help it mean you are missing our new "ini" with new ip> to get it please download this patch and apply on main folder,

3. "Legendary mir three catalog operation go up in smoke".

If the patch doesn't help it mean more files are missing from data folder in this case please re-download client from another location,
as seems it lost files while was being downloaded.
4. Windows 7 & 8 problems with launcher solution (when u cant type in browser). (when programs close with open mir)

5. Black screen after running the game!
Caused usually by windows not letting the game load. Solution here again is running game as admin!
You can do this by right click on darkside.exe shortcut and picking "run as admin option"
can also set it properties > compatibility settings to be set this way permanently.
6. Slow graphics in the game & graphics lag problems.
Here recommended is to update your graphics card drivers, if this doesn't help you will need to go to your card settings, and mess around
with 3D settings for darkside. All our new modern graphics card try to make 2D games work like 3D and it is not possible, this is why they slow the game down. The most important setting is to run the exe in 3D to performance not quality > as all quality settings affect the display of the game slowing it down.
7. Game launching in small window or displaying error before launch.
In launcher look to right corner and un-tick N/A and windowed mode;) this will fix this problem once and for all!
8. Alternative solution to slow graphics in game = graphics lag.

Run it as admin and go to tab called directdraw, untick use hardware acceleration, it should fix FPS in all old games:) If there is error when u run the game after this fix, please ignore it and run it anyway.
