PK in BD

20/10/2020 about 8:55pm sword and DMZ attacked Mutaba when while we were killing EpicBarbarianGuard:

Rules broken:
c) Special EpicBarbarianGuard is treated like a boss, so if he is alive and group going BD is close to it, they "booked it"  (check point 1.2), and PVP no longer is allowed.

+ they stole boss.
 Lost gems ( 4x master gems, 3 extra gems, kizzy rose, ultra gem), epic orb.

Rules are quite simple when comes to BD, you can fight anytime till one of the GRP reach last GUARD, once they are on it PVP is no longet allowed, unless it started before the guard(need prove of such)

I will give some logs later, after I get reply from sword, or DMZ here, however I don't see much defense possible here...

Please guys if u wanna fight do it all along the way to BD not on his spot / or epic spot.

Other rules that apply here:

1.3 On big maps which have no KR - the person, who is close to the boss clearing the way have the right to it. Do not run in front of him to steal the boss.
= boss in this case is epic guard, as he is one of exceptions.

[DMZ]

a report is done on Mutaba as well

he attacked us on BD before temp all over without any warning and started to PVP and didn't leave as the rules states

in this case we reacted the same way, but he provoked us and now escalated it to a report because we didn't report him last time 

We thought lesson is learned and we can do the same and let it go.... we didn't attack Michal as he was there, but he attacked all of use previously

about Gems lost Michal died coz mobs or boss, not PVP or killed by us

therefore same Rules applies to him as he started it

Let's keep other report in the other topic, and solve this one in this topic.

I checked logs I saw both groups on F2, and F3 around the same time, but didn't see ANY PVP before the epic guard.
SO PVP defo started too late, that was against rules in this case.

Kills by bosses/subs are still KILLS done by the GRP who attacks, as they are side EFFECT of their interruption!)

So for 1. killing while already on Guard, and causing extra deaths, 2. interrupting the hunt when pvp was no longer allowed,
+ 3. stealing the boss.

sword & dmz each 96 hours of RED ZONE.

I ignored the lost gems as both sides had about the same losses in both topics!
