1. Download full client from any of two possible links below!

Both clients have know problems & fixes text file! Read it if you encounter any problems!
2. Unpack/Unzip the client to any folder you wish eg. D:/DarkSide just plain and simple!
PLEASE use 7ZIP from https://www.7-zip.org/download.html (https://www.7-zip.org/download.html) to unpack the rar files if you are using other windows than windows 10,
otherwise you may get archive errors!
3. Make a shortcut to darkside.exe on your desktop and always run the game
with game folder closed!
Necessary to AVOID client already started ERROR
4. Run the DarkSide.exe launcher!
5. Press register to register your new in game account!
6. Start the game and enjoy the hunt!

Gm i have followed instruction. This what keeps happening to me ,, I go to click part 1 link , when i do it puls up mega ,, i then see in mega to click d/l ,, i click d/l ,, it then says starting and it stayes at starting for hours and hoursss ,, no % at all .. I really need to d/l whole client,, because guild goes hunting now where i dont even have maps ,, and i see moball different . PLEASE I HOPE U CAN HELP..LadyHawl

try to download with different browser> for example firefox or chrome, make sure that when u start to download u let the "mega plugin" get installed. Only with mega plugin download works properly, and no worries that plugin is 100% legit not a virus of any kind;)

Ty r respond so fast :),, i 1st was doing all this w/ firefox ,, i now tryed w/ chrome too andxployer ,, still getten same ,, i hope some how / some way i can get full client .. LadyHawk

its very important that you allow that plugin:) if the plugin don't work download won't start. Its tricky business. I will try to find some1 to upload it for me to different location as well.

all that did was bring me to filedropper,, there was nothing there . I even tryed it as www.filedropper.com/darkside mir3 ,, all that did was bring me to a whole page w/ other links ,,

after u press> http://www.filedropper.com/darksidemir3
scroll down and look for "download this file"
press it and put correct captcha > and after that click download NOW, and download should start:)

OK i just clicked the link u put and it took me to a whole pageeee in yahoo with a bunch of different links ,, scrolled down nothen there says to d/l ,,
i just tryed to come in my usaral way and it says your closed ,, is darkside dow? ,, ladyhawk

hmm i tried the link just now everything goes perfect, no idea why would it take u to yahoo at all.
about the server, something went down, once some1 turn back the host machine for me I will let u know guys.

As u already prab. know GM ,, it took me alllllllllllllllllllllllllll dayy for full client to d/l from link urbc send but i finally did it and want to thank bith u/ urb for all your help :)

i noticed alot of people who downloaded the game from RAR links have been unable to connect to game, launcher keeps not detecting the server status
i found the problem was that the 'HL_Mir3G' file was an old server IP and different to the one i had on mine, because i downloaded with direct download and my girlfriend downloaded from winrar file
to fix it just open the 'HL_Mir3G' file with notepad and delete all text there and replace it with this. (remember to close and save changes after)

or just download ip patch with ready ini file> available forever on the left top side of the page in download links.

I too am having problems, I have downloaded the Automated version and Rared version from private host link. Both will not run the .exe
I get no error message - just the Win 7 (Spinning Circle / Egg timer) and nothing loads.
Any help please?

never heard of such error... windows is fucking crazy lately, every1 has different problems:)
make sure u create shortcut to darkside.exe on the desktop try many different compatibility options, make sure its ran as admin...
what else hmm no idea;) never seen egg timer, could u make a screenshot post here?
I will be away till tomorrow most likely, but once I'm back I will have a look:)
